Masha in Translation

This performance tests the boundaries of intercultural theatre expression, confronting the audiences with challenging concepts such as displacement, exile and identity. Performing Masha from Chekhov’s 'Three Sisters'; a Russian script interpreted in English by a Romanian actor, Roxana Paun Trifan’s devised work highlights the theme of borders: cultural, social and political. The performance features artistic advisor Jim Daly and will be playing from the 10th of January 2022 until the 13th.
